Brenda Masanga

PhD Candidate 2023

Brenda Masanga is a current PhD candidate in the Built Environment space at RMIT University, whose research focuses on the construction industry's organisational change readiness for prevention approaches in workplace mental health management. Brenda has years of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management systems work experience in the manufacturing, earthmoving/mining, transport and logistics industries. Intertwined with her experience are her academic achievements, which include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science and Health, a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. Her research interest is based on her desire for successful collaborations between industries and academia on solving workplace health and safety challenges, and she currently volunteers at Wellness in Infrastructure to support this passion.
