MATES is a registered Australian not-for-profit charity providing suicide prevention and support programs.
When you purchase through our online store, you’re helping fund our services. These Terms apply to all purchases.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Returns Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time; the version shown at checkout applies to your order.
Orders
• Orders depend on stock availability and payment confirmation.
• We may cancel orders for errors, unavailable stock, or failed payment.
• If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you promptly.
Pricing & Payment
• Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is required at checkout.
• Donations made at checkout are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law.
Delivery
• We ship across Australia.
• Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes when items are delivered to your nominated address.

Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, logos, trademarks) belongs to MATES or its licensors and can’t be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
• We exclude warranties not set out in these Terms or the ACL.
• Liability is limited to replacement, refund, or resupply of services, except where the ACL gives additional rights.
Privacy
We manage your data according to our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Queensland law, and disputes will be heard in Queensland courts.
